Support

Support is for verified Metrolore customers.

#Before you ask

1. Check the guide for your resource and its Troubleshooting page.
2. Read Escrow errors if the resource will not start.
3. Look at your server console and the F8 client console for red errors.

#What to send

• the resource name and version (shown in fxmanifest.lua),
• your framework and FXServer artifact number,
• the exact error text,
• what you expected and what happened.

Remove license keys, webhooks and personal player data from logs before sharing.
