Troubleshooting
#No notification appears
- Start
mlr-notifybefore the scripts that use it (ensure mlr-notify). - Call the export with the correct resource name:
exports['mlr-notify']. - Check that
Config.Frameworkmatches your framework, or leave it on'auto'. - Open the F8 console and look for NUI errors. Make sure the complete
html/folder was copied.
#The same notification does not show twice
The same message is ignored if it repeats within half a second. This prevents double notifications from scripts that fire two events.
#The text looks different from what I sent
Messages are shown as plain text. HTML tags are shown as written and are not executed. Messages are cut at 300 characters.
#My settings are not saved
- Press Save changes before closing the editor.
- Settings are stored in the player's client. Clearing the FiveM cache or reinstalling FiveM removes them.
#/notifymenu does nothing
- Check
Config.SettingsCommandfor a different command name. - Check that another resource does not use the same command.
#The progress bar does not start
Only one progress bar runs at a time. If another one is active, the new call is cancelled and its callback receives true.
